Branch Lobby Reopening

We’re happy to announce the phased reopening of most Lake Trust branches.

As the ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’ order in Michigan is lifted, most Lake Trust branches (with the exception of Lansing-Capitol Ave., Dimondale, DTE, and Detroit-Woodward Ave.) have returned to full-service, in-person operations, both in the drive-thru and in the lobby. Each location has resumed normal business hours.

Though appointments are not required, we still ask that you call us at 888.267.7200 ahead of your visit to schedule a time to see us. You can make an appointment any time during our branch hours. We also encourage you to continue to utilize the drive-thru, visit a video teller, or stop by an ATM whenever possible. Online Banking and Mobile Banking are always an option as well.

Lansing-Capitol Ave. Branch: This location is now open in the drive thru only during the temporary hours of Monday thru Friday from 9 AM-5:30 PM. The lobby will remain closed at this time.

Detroit-Woodward Ave. Branch: This location is open by appointment only during normal business hours. Please call us to schedule an appointment before visiting the branch.

Creating a safe environment

The safety of our members and team remains a top priority as we prepare to welcome you back to our branch lobbies. Here are the measures we’re taking to keep everyone safe.

Social distancing reminders

You’ll notice markings on the floor of each branch that encourage social distancing. Please remember to stay at least 6-feet away from other people.

Increased sanitation

Hand sanitizer stations will be available in every branch. We’re also disinfecting high-touch areas of each branch, like signature and PIN pads, throughout the day and after hours.

Wearing face masks

All of our team members will be wearing face masks. We ask that you also wear a mask when visiting us. If you forget your mask or don’t have one, we’ll provide one for you.

Limited number of people in the branch

We will limit the number of members in a branch at any time. If a branch is at the 4-6 member capacity, you may be asked to wait outside or in your car. Then we’ll give you a call and let you know when we’re ready to help you.

Protective shields

Plastic shields have been installed at every member experience station to provide a protective barrier for you and our team.

Closed common areas

We’re temporarily closing member seating areas, beverage stations, access to public restrooms, and online kiosks.

Stay healthy

We kindly ask that you please stay home if you’ve been sick, are feeling sick, or have traveled recently. Our team will do the same.

We have options to help you manage your finances if you’ve been impacted by the pandemic.
